Event 6 Prize Pool

Event 6, today’s 12 p.m. $500 HORSE event, drew a total of 108 players generating a $46,094 prize pool. The top 16 players finish in the money with a min-cash award $737. Payouts escalate up from there and top out in a $12,907 first prize.

Notables in the field include 2004 WSOP Main Event champion Greg “Fossil Man” Raymer, gold bracelet winner Dan Heimiller and Allen Kessler.

As of 5 p.m. local time, the clock reads 88 players remaining with 15 minutes left in Level 7. Tournament staff expects Day 1 to wrap at or near the nine-handed final table. Full Day 2 chip counts will be posted in the morning before play resumes.
