Event 11: $150 No Limit Hold’em with $2,000 Double Qualifier Bonuses and a 2016 Mustang GT for the winner. Saturday’s two flights saw 516 entrants with 40 players advancing to Day 2. Arthur Eddy and Pete Falco were the only two players to bag over 300,000.
Sunday has three flights running – noon, 3 pm and 6 pm – with unlimited re-entry until Level 7. If a player bags more than stack, then they play the largest stack and recieve a $2,000 bonus for the forfeited stack.
The top three players that forfeit the largest sum additionally win a $10,000 WSOP Main Event seat for first, $5,000 for second and $3,000 for third.
2004 WSOP Main Event champ Greg Raymer, Nick Pupillo, Andrew Rubinberg, Orlando Romero, Jordan Smith and David Gutfreund all advanced a stack to Day 2.
