Brad Jansen Doubles Up

Three players put in 4,500 preflop and the flop is As 7s 7c. The big blind checks and a player in early position bets 6,500. Brad Jansen calls in middle position and the big blind calls.

The turn is the Qd and it checks to Jansen. He goes all in for 30,200 and the big blind thinks for over a minute and calls. He has both opponents covered. The next player tanks for almost three minutes and eventually folds.

Jansen: Ac Qc
Big blind: Ah Jh

The 5s comes on the river and the player who folded the turn stands up in agony. Jansen says, “Thank you for folding the flush draw!” and he collects the double up, bringing him just under 100,000 chips.
