The second and final flight of the $2,000 buyin CPC Main Event drew 383 entries, making the total combined entries for the event 651. Of the 383 runners today, 59 survived to bag chips for tomorrow’s Day 2 restart at noon.
Lance Howard bagged the chip lead for Flight B and is the overwhelming chip leader for the entire field with 838,000. Howard went on a tear in the late levels of the night to finish with more than twice as much as the second biggest stack, which was 355,500. That stack belongs to Pawel Marowicz, with Joe Huang (334,000), Matt Lushin (315,500), and Daniel Loizzo (300,000) rounding out the top five stacks for Flight B.
